Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any of our products once delivered, for the following reasons:

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement under the following circumstances:

Package tampered with or unsealed at delivery
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement:

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of replacement, we will arrange a reshipment at no extra cost.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Delay in delivery due to courier or weather conditions (beyond our control)

Minor variations in color, size, or appearance
